The fiberglass panels are all new which include the wings bonnet and boot lid.
The Alpina rear "pig cheek" arches have been fitted very well indeed, they are bespoke panels which I had made from an original Alpina.
They are very sturdy and feel like they are made from steel, there is no flex what so ever.
I also have the molds which would be available by negotiation.
There is a multi point cage fitted which picks up on the suspension and rear beam mounts, this cage is possibly over the top if you plan only racing in a classic series, but I am confident it will comply with modern standards allowing use in other series.
There is no engine or gearbox or interior it is just a rolling shell, the body is in primer ready to be flatted back.

This car has had one owner from new. It was purchased new in Switzerland and imported back to the UK in 1991.
I have the V5 and it confirms no previous owners.
The service record has 13 stamps, as well as some independent garage invoices.
All the original paperwork is with the car, as well as 2 sets of keys, the handbook, warning triangle, load cover & tool set etc, etc.
Also included in the sale are the original metric 4x100 wheels. Now I have been around BMW’s for some time and I didn't know BMW made metric 4x100’s! The spare wheel and tyre are unused and all the others are in good condition.
This car is in exceptional condition and has only covered 122,000KM. (75,000 miles). This can be backed up with the mot’s and service history.
The car is as good as it looks in the pictures, the bodywork is straight and the paint is excellent. The interior is also in stunning condition, no wear, stains or tears on the seats, the door cards are also good except for a few small nicks in the vinyl which I have tried to photograph.
This really is a stunning car and I doubt that you will find another ix in this condition, in fact I doubt you'll find another ix touring for sale. Anywhere! I looked and couldn't find one.
I drove the car for 90miles and there are no mechanical faults, it drives like a new car.
The car has recently has new pads and discs front and back, also a new back box.
The only faults this car has are the central locking solenoids are broken in the front doors so to lock the car you need to use a combination of key and pushing down the lock buttons. Included in the sale are 2 used replacement solenoids and actuators.
The car has MOT until 15th Dec 2015.

There is much more to say about this car but pictures tell a thousand words so please look at these pictures.
I originally started building this car some time ago and the plan was to build an everyday car which would be quick and practical.
The project suffered a hefty amount of project creep and changed from a daily driver into something a bit more special. I just don't think I can use it as a daily anymore so its up for sale.
The car has covered around 300 miles on the rebuilt engine since the restoration. It is still running in and will require further tuning once the run in period is complete.
That said it drives perfectly well, just not driven in anger yet.
Has 12 months MOT and is an Historic vehicle so is tax exempt.

This E30 has to be one of the best pre face lift cars I have seen.
Very low mileage car 33,000 miles.
I have just completed lots of work on this car, work includes:
Oil Service including engine flush
Fresh Brake fluid
Complete new exhaust from manifold back including rubbers and gaskets
New front shock inserts and bump stops
Auto box fluid change
We have also fitted a newly refurbished set of 15inch BBS alloys. These have new Michelin Pilot 195/50/15 tyres fitted.
The car drives without fault, it has a 4 speed auto box and although its not going to win any races it pulls nicely and is a relaxed drive.
The car has no mechanical faults and everything works as it should including all 4 electric windows and the electric sunroof.
Central locking works perfectly too.
The car comes with 12 months MOT and no advisories.
The car has a full service history and the book is stamped, there are 2 sets of keys and all the original paperwork.
The original dealer plates are still fitted.
The original 14 inch alloys come with the car but the tyres are perished. I think they are the original tyres!
The spare still has the original Perrelli fitted and they have never been on the road.
The tool kit is complete and unused.
The interior is almost perfect except for a few cracks in the dash.
The bodywork is again almost perfect, there are a few very small areas of corrosion, none are more than tiny blisters and I have tried to photograph them.
It has had some paint at some time in its past, if you look very closely this can be seen as the finish is not as good as the factory finish which back in the 80's was very very good.
This car is exceptional and looks as good as it does in the photos. A real time warp.

This is 1971 1602, it is a very original car with 105,000miles. it has had just 2 previous owners and retains its original charm.
The car has just been re commissioned after a long period off the road.
The work which has just been carried out is:
Welding to front floors and bulkhead
Welding to rear sill ends (sills had been replaced previously)
New rear brake shoes & wheel cylinders
Rebuilt clutch & brake master cylinders
All new brake flexi hoses
New front brake pads
New water pump & thermostat
Fresh oil & filters
4 new tyres
The car drives without fault, the engine pulls well with no rattles or smoke.
No overheating issues.
Brakes are excellent

The body work is generally good, there are some older repairs which may require some attention in the future. This is most evident in the bottom of the drivers door and around the rear lower quarter panels below the bumper. The car has recently had genuine front wings fitted and a new front panel outer skin. The paint is good with just the odd blemish.
The interior is original and a little tired. The drivers seat has some damage to the base as can be seen in the pictures. But its functional and everything works as it should except for the time clock.

This is a restoration project.
Date of first registration is 5/2/73. The car was manufactured on 11/1/73.
It is a complete car, it is a genuine 2002tii in original factory Taiga green, a rare colour. The parts which are missing in the pictures are in boxes.
The engine is not seized it turns over freely by hand, I have not started the engine.
The car has been in storage for a long time.
The car has never been welded previously, I would imagine the corrosion was the reason it was taken off the road.
Mechanically all the tii parts are present, the rear trailing arms do not appear to be corroded.
Structurally the car is not that bad, considering it has not been repaired before. It will require structural repairs to the sills and the front floors, also the driver side chassis rail.
The boot floor has some corrosion but is repairable in my opinion. The rest of the shell is pretty solid, the rear spring platforms / inner rear wheel arches look good.
The doors are repairable, the bonnet is not original to the car but is in good condition, the wings will require replacement.
I have the v5.
This car would be well worth the effort to restore as it would be exceptionally desirable when its finished. A round rear light 2002tii in Taiga green, can't say I know of another one on the road.
We would be restoring this car ourselves but we have way too many projects on the go and not enough storage space.
So, a great opportunity for someone else.

This vehicle is in wonderful condition, the paintwork is generally very good, there are a few small areas of corrosion and these can be seen in detail in these extra photos: https://flic.kr/s/aHsm8fyTVu
The car had just been washed so there may be a few spots of water on the paint, but the paint is dry, so its the paint that is shiny its not wet.
The interior has been re trimmed in soft leather and looks superb.
Mechanically this car is spot on, no issues at all. We have looked after this car for a number of years and have maintained and upgraded this car.
The 5 speed gearbox was fitted a few years ago along with a new clutch / flywheel and all other drive line components including a rear crank seal.
The fuel injection system was also overhauled and it runs perfectly, starts from cold and hot with the first turn of the key.
The suspension was also replaced recently with new springs and shocks.
The brakes are superb, pulls up straight and very sharp, both clutch and brake Master cylinders have been replaced,
We have also carried out structural welding repairs over the years and these have always been carried out properly.
Everything works as it should, it drives perfectly and wants for nothing.
The wheels were professionally refurbished last year and have brand new tyres fitted.
Other than the work JFI have carried out on the car there is no other history for the car.
